Anyone with peanut or tree nut allergies should be careful when consuming these cookies. These ingredients may have be in contact with some of the ingredients used. Also remember it is unsafe to consume raw cookie dough due to the uncooked eggs. The biscuits will be soft when removed from the oven. This is normal as they will harden when they cool down. The cookies will be cooked when they appear brown on the inside and the outside.

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Soften the butter.
  2. Mix all the ingredients, in any order. Besides the chocolate, 30g of powdered sugar and the cream.
  3. Cool dough in a refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Flatten dough with a rolling pin.
  5. Cut desired shape with a cookie cutter.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Melt chocolate over hot water.
  8. Add the cream.
  9. Gradually beat in sugar until icing is creamy and thick enough to spread over your cookies and decorate them.
