Garlic roasted potatoes.

These potatoes should be small. The dish may be served with butter, cheese, sour cream or gravy. These potatoes can be a side item to a steak dinner or served as a starter.

  1. Preheat your oven to 250 degrees C. Prior to cooking them, unwashed potatoes should be scrubbed clean, washed and dried with eyes and surface blemishes removed then cut in half.
  2. Place the potatoes into roasting pan and toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary until they are evenly coated. Spread out potatoes in a single layer.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or more, stirring occasionally. Bake them until they are browned and crisp. Serve immediately.
